We are based over at 59P in Sector 15 HUDA, which is usually a pretty busy spot during the day. Most of the folks in the area call us BCM DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our day-to-day involves a lot of looking at plans and checking on how things are moving along with our current builds. It isn't always smooth sailing, as anyone in development knows, but we manage to keep things rolling. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about what needs to happen next. We’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the local area and how things work around here. Most of us have lived in this region for years, so we understand the layout of Sector 15 better than most. Dealing with the HUDA regulations and all that paperwork is a big part of what we do at BCM DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, even if it’s not the most exciting part. We prefer being out where the actual work is happening, seeing things take shape. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that because we’re usually too busy with the projects we already have on our plates. It’s just honest work, really. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote or check a measurement, but that’s just the nature of the job. We like being a part of this community and seeing the neighborhood grow bit by bit through the years. It feels good to see a finished project stand there when everything is done.
