BCC Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Sector-17, specifically at SCO-100 in the Huda area. It’s a familiar place for anyone who knows the neighborhood. We’ve been set up here for a while, and the office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee mugs. We don't mind it though because it shows we are actually working. Being in a Huda sector means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful when we need to get to different sites quickly. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and a fancy HR department. It’s just a handful of us who know how to get things built. We don’t use those slick brochures or hire people to write polished speeches for us. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. Sometimes we run into problems with materials or the labor doesn't show up, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s how real business works on the ground. We’ve had good years and bad ones too. We just keep showing up at SCO-100 and getting to work. It’s a practical life. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a to-do list that never seems to end. If you want to talk to us, you just come by the office. We will be there working on something without any big corporate promises.
