Bats Apparels Ltd.

Bats Apparels Ltd. is tucked away in Model Town, Gurgaon. We are at House Number 125 in the 4 Marla section. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main city parts. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s not a big corporate tower. It feels more like a house because it used to be one. We have desks in the rooms where families probably used to eat dinner. There’s a small yard out front where we park the bikes. Gurgaon gets very hot in the summer, so the AC is always running. We mostly just focus on the clothes and the orders. There’s fabric everywhere sometimes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a new shipment comes in. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us working. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a neighborhood vibe. We drink water from the cooler and talk about the weekend. The work is steady and we don’t try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just make sure the stuff gets sent out on time. It’s a simple operation in a quiet street. We like it that way because it’s easy to get to and feels relaxed. No one is wearing a tie here, and the tea is always hot. It is just a basic place to work.
