B&M Constructions & Developments is located on the ground floor at C-1739 in Block C of Palam Vihar. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for a while, and we like the pace of it. Our office is a simple ground-floor space which makes it easy to move equipment and files in and out. We do a lot of different things related to construction and development. Sometimes it’s a small renovation and other times it’s something bigger. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone usually wears a few different hats. You might see the same person answering the phone and then heading out to a site an hour later. That’s just how we operate. Palam Vihar is a good community, and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around here. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the work done without any hidden agendas. The office can get a bit loud when the local traffic picks up, but it’s home to us. We’ve got our regular routines and our favorite spots for lunch nearby. Most of the time, we’re just focused on making sure our current projects are staying on track. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of long days, but we enjoy the work. If you’re in Block C, you’ll see our place at C-1739. We’re usually there early in the morning and stay late if we have to.
