Avsa Infrastructure & Developers Private Limited is based out of a house in Hira Nagar. Our address is H. No. 395/23 in Gurugram. It is more of a local operation than a big corporate office. We have been working from here for quite some time, dealing with infrastructure and local development projects. Hira Nagar is a familiar place for us, and we like being in this part of Gurgaon. It is not as loud as the main highway areas. Most of what we do involves planning out projects and making sure the crews have what they need. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through, which can be a bit of a drag sometimes, but it is necessary. We are just regular people who know a bit about building and infrastructure. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. It is a practical way to run things. We see a lot of changes happening in Haryana, and it is interesting to be a small part of that growth. Most days are just about solving whatever problem comes up next. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we start without making too much of a fuss. We just want to get the job done right and move on.
