Avalon Realtech Private Limited is located at V 30/1 in DLF Phase-III. This is a pretty well-known area and we have been here for some time now. The building is a standard one for this part of the city. We like being in DLF Phase-III because it is easy for people to find us. V 30/1 is our home base. It is not a very large place, just enough room for the team to sit and get through the daily tasks. We aren't interested in being fancy or having a high-end office. We just need a place to work. Avalon Realtech Private Limited is basically just us focusing on our projects and keeping things moving. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at plans and papers. The neighborhood is always busy, which we like. It feels like there is always something happening outside. Inside, we just keep our heads down and do the work. We’ve arranged the desks so everyone has a bit of space. It’s a very normal office life here. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up at V 30/1 every morning and do what needs to be done. It is a solid spot and it has served us well since we moved in. The space fits us just right.
