Authentic Engineers

Down here at H-57 in South City I, Gurgaon, you’ll find our shop, Authentic Engineers. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on mechanical work. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while. The place is mostly filled with tools, some old manuals, and whatever projects we’re currently handling. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the area. It’s a straightforward operation. We wake up, open the gates, and start looking at the engineering tasks on the bench. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a part is hard to find, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out technical problems. The space isn’t very big, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. Gurgaon has changed a lot around us, with all the new buildings going up, but we’re still here doing our thing at the same old address. It’s mostly about keeping the machines running and making sure things are put together right. We don’t have a fancy lobby or receptionists. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us day after day without too much fuss.
