Aryan General Store

Aryan General Store is on Dhawa Pur Road in Laxman Vihar. It is a local neighborhood shop. We open up early in the morning because that is when people need their milk and bread. It is a small space so things are stacked pretty high on the shelves. We carry a bit of everything like pulses, soap, snacks, and basic household items. You will find us behind the counter most of the day. We know most of the people who come in by their first names because they live just down the street. It is not like the big supermarkets where no one talks to you. Here we usually have a bit of a chat about the weather or the traffic on Laxman Vihar road. Sometimes the kids come in after school for candy or a cold drink. It can get a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. We don't have a fancy computer system for billing we just write things down or remember them. The inventory changes depending on what people are asking for lately. If someone needs something specific we try to get it for them by the next week. It is a simple life running a store like this.
