We are located at House Number 1713 in the IOC Colony, which is part of Sector 10A. Our office takes up the second floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb every morning. It is a residential neighborhood, which means it is usually quite peaceful, except when the school buses go by or the neighbors are out. We handle a variety of business tasks from this space. The rooms are filled with desks and a few old chairs we have had for years. It is not a fancy setup, but it is where we do all our thinking and planning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes we have to head out to meet people, but mostly we are here at our desks. The second-floor view gives us a bit of a look at the colony streets, which is nice during the rainy season. We keep a small kitchen area for making tea and snacks because we often work late into the evening. It is the kind of place where you can hear the birds in the afternoon and the distant sound of the city. We don't go in for big marketing or flashy displays; we just focus on the work that needs doing. Sector 10A has been a good home for the business, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the colony over the years we have been here.
