Our office is right in the middle of things at Shop No. 86 in the Anaj Mandi. It gets pretty loud and busy around here with the market, but we like being where the action is. We do building and development work across Gurugram. Most of our day is spent either here at the desk or out at various sites seeing how the construction is coming along. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people, making sure materials show up and the work gets done. Gurgaon has changed so much, and being part of the building side of things keeps us on our toes. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It's a small team here. We focus on the practical side of building houses and commercial spots. Sometimes the weather makes things tough, or there’s a delay with supplies, but we just deal with it as it comes. Being in the Anaj Mandi means we see a lot of foot traffic and familiar faces every day. It’s a grounded place to work from. We’ve got our plans laid out on the tables and samples of bricks or tiles tucked in the corners. It’s a working office, not a fancy lounge. We just try to get the structures up and make sure they're solid. That’s pretty much how we spend our weeks, just keeping the projects moving forward in this busy city. We take it one brick at a time and hope for the best.
