We’ve been here for a bit now in Kaithal. Our office is set up at Triloki Nath Sharma’s place, right on Ambala Road. It’s a very easy spot to find because we are right near the PWD rest house and the Coke agency. The road outside is usually quite busy with trucks and cars going by all day, so it stays pretty noisy. We don't have a fancy showroom with big glass windows or bright lights. It’s just a simple retail operation where we handle our daily business. Most of us here have lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighbors and how things work in this part of town. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but we just clean it up and keep going. We open up in the morning, check what stock we have, and deal with the paperwork. It’s not a complicated setup. We focus on the retail side of things and try to stay organized, even when the internet goes down or the power acts up. You can usually find one of us sitting near the back or handling things at the front desk. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to run a solid business that stays local. The PWD building nearby is a good landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. It feels like a real workplace for real people.
