Areabuild Constructions is located at C-51 in Surya Vihar. We are right opposite Sector 4, near the Sadar Bazar area in Gurgaon. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of traffic and noise. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. Our work involves a lot of local construction, mostly small to medium buildings. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just an office where we keep our tools and meet with people. The Sadar Bazar energy definitely spills over into our day. We are always moving. Our team is small, consisting of people who actually know how to lay bricks and mix mortar. We aren't managers who just sit behind a desk all day. We spend most of our time at the actual work sites. Being in the 122001 area makes it easy to get to different parts of the city quickly, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape. We talk plainly to our customers and don't make promises we can't keep. Sometimes projects take longer because of the rain or material delays, and we just tell people the truth about it. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to build things that last. If you walk by C-51, you’ll likely see us loading up the van or arguing about measurements.
