Ana Developers (India) Private Limited is situated at Palam Wood-10 on the ground floor of Malibu Towne in Sector 47. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, and we can see people walking their dogs or heading to the shops. Malibu Towne is a pretty specific kind of place, and we’ve become quite familiar with the layout of Sector 47 over the years. We work on various development projects around the area. It’s mostly about finding the right spots to build and then managing all the people who actually do the heavy lifting. Our office is usually filled with the sound of the printer going off or someone on the phone trying to track down a delivery of cement or bricks. We have a small seating area for visitors, but most of the time we are huddled around the main table looking at site layouts. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, keeping track of all the different regulations and permissions you need in India. We try to keep things simple and honest. We’ve had this spot in Palam Wood for a while, and it suits us just fine. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough that the days go by pretty quick. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down and things quiet down.
