ALWINCO BUILDING SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, ALWINCO BUILDING SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, is set up in Sector 91 over in Gurgaon. We are on the ground floor at GBC 004 in the DLF New Town Heights complex. It's a fairly new area, and things are still growing and changing around here. Working out of Gurgaon means we are right in the middle of all the new building projects. Our space is pretty basic, just a ground floor unit where we manage the building systems side of things. It’s a lot of technical details and making sure everything fits together. We moved into this spot because it's convenient for the sites we work on. Sometimes the elevators in these big residential and commercial complexes are a bit slow, so being on the ground floor is actually a relief. It makes moving samples or heavy equipment much easier for the crew. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Sector 91 is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s where a lot of the action is happening now. We aren't about big presentations; we just like to get into the nuts and bolts of the systems we handle. Most of the guys here have been in the building trade for years. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s just how we operate daily without any fuss.
