ALOKA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Unit No. 30 on the first floor of the SS Omnia building in Sector 86. This is in the newer part of Gurgaon, 122004. Aloka Buildcon is what we call our business. It’s a modern building, which is nice, but we are still just regular people doing construction work. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites nearby. The traffic in Sector 86 can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We handle various building projects, mostly residential stuff for people moving into the area. We aren't some giant faceless corporation. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of the people actually running the show. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. We just focus on the practical side of building things. Sometimes we’re at our desks late finishing up site reports or checking costs. We don't use any polished slogans or fancy language. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take longer because of the weather, we say so. We’ve found that being honest with people is the best way to run things. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We’re just trying to do a good job and keep our reputation solid in this part of Gurgaon. We started this because we like seeing something new grow out of an empty lot.
