Akshaj Land Developers Private Limited is based out of number 80 in Behrampur. We’re in the Teh-Bazeerabad part of Gurgaon, which has changed a lot over the years. This area used to be much quieter, but now there’s construction everywhere you look. Our office is just a simple building at 122101. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about what can be done with it. It’s not always easy work, and there’s a lot of waiting around for things to happen. Inside the office, we have some old filing cabinets and a desk that’s seen better days. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of the time, we’re out in the field getting our shoes dusty. Akshaj Land Developers Private Limited is a name we’ve worked hard to keep going. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or anything like that. It’s just us here in Behrampur, taking calls and trying to keep everything moving forward. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just how it is in this part of Gurgaon. We know the land around here pretty well, from the dirt roads to the new highways. We just stay focused on what’s right in front of us and try to get through the daily to-do list. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here.
