Akk Buildcon Private Limited

Akk Buildcon Private Limited is located over in Sector 39 at House Number 785 on the first floor. This is in the 122003 area of Gurugram-Gurgaon. We chose the first floor because it gives us a bit of a view of what is happening on the street while we work. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people when we need to. Sector 39 is a decent area and being at H. No. 785 feels like a good home base for us. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the plan for the day. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with in this line of work, so our desks stay pretty cluttered with folders and notes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk up and find one of us working. It is a very hands-on way to run things. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we are used to them. We like being in Gurugram because there is always so much building and growth going on around us. It makes us feel like we are in the right place. We are just a small team working out of a house-turned-office, doing our thing and trying to keep everything moving forward. It is not fancy, but it is ours.
