We are located over at House Number 1911 in Sector-45, right here in Gurgaon. It is a busy part of town and our office is usually full of maps and blueprints scattered across the tables. Adya Buildtech Private Limited is basically just a group of us trying to keep up with all the building work happening around the city. The traffic on the main road can be a headache in the mornings when we are trying to get to the site. Inside the office, the air conditioner hums all day to keep the Haryana heat away. We drink a lot of tea while looking over the project costs and material lists. It is not always quiet here because there is always a phone ringing or someone knocking at the door with a delivery. We have been in this sector for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. The walls are painted a simple white and we have some old chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors about cement and bricks. It is a tough business sometimes but we enjoy being right in the middle of Gurgaon. We do not have any big corporate speeches to give. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on the tasks for the day. It is straightforward work for us and we just take it one day at a time.
