We’re located at Ansal Esencia in Sector 67, specifically at C-1246 on the ground floor. It’s a pretty straightforward spot to find in Gurgaon. Adit Developers Llp is our name, and we use this ground floor space as our main hub for all the development work we do. Being on the ground floor is handy because we’re constantly moving things in and out, and it saves us the trouble of waiting for an elevator. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork related to our projects. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and going over the schedule for the day. There’s usually a bit of back and forth between us and the guys out at the building sites. Sector 67 is a developing area, so there’s always construction noise somewhere in the distance, which we’ve just gotten used to over time. We like the local feel of the place. It’s not like being in one of those huge corporate parks where you feel like just another number. Here, we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Our work keeps us busy, and there’s always some new challenge to figure out, like a permit taking too long or a delivery being late. We just deal with it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It’s just a normal, working office where we put in the hours every day in 122001 Gurgaon-Gurgaon.
