Our office is tucked away in Sector 48 of Gurgaon, specifically at House Number 183 on the first floor of the housing board area. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on development plans. Gurgaon has changed so much lately, and being right here lets us see it happening every day. The housing board colony has a specific feel to it, very different from the big high-rises you see elsewhere. We’ve got a small team working out of this space. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular floor in a regular house, which suits us just fine. Most of our time is spent looking over papers or heading out to various sites nearby. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We have some desks, a few chairs, and usually some maps pinned to the walls. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We handle various developer tasks around the Gurgaon area. It gets busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to finish up their work before the evening rush. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on the projects we have and try to make sure things get finished. It’s practical, everyday work for us. It isn't perfect, and we have our share of long days, but we just keep going despite the challenges.
