ABS BUILDSMART is located over in Rosewood City, specifically at J-206 W E. It’s a pretty decent area of Gurgaon to be based in. We have been here for a bit, and the neighborhood feels like home now. Most of our work involves the local building scene, and being right here in Gurgaon makes it easy to get out to the various sites we’re looking after. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings to figure out the schedule. We deal with all the usual construction headaches so the people we work for don’t have to. It's mostly about keeping track of materials and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially during the morning rush, but that's just Gurgaon life for you. We like being part of the Rosewood City community. Our team is small, and we mostly know each other's ways by now. There’s no big corporate manual here, just a lot of practical knowledge about how to get a house or a building standing right. We’ve had plenty of long days spent drinking tea and looking over blueprints in that room. It’s just how we operate. We prefer keeping things straightforward and honest with anyone who walks through the door at J-206.
