You can find us at M-1701 in JMD Garden on Sohna Road. It is up in one of the tall buildings in Sector 33 of Gurgaon. The view from the office is mostly other buildings and the constant stream of cars on Sohna Road. At Aboriginal Avenues Private Limited, we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. Real estate in this part of Haryana is always changing, so we have to keep track of who owns what and what is being sold. It is mostly desk work, but we do go out to look at properties quite often. The elevator in JMD Garden is usually busy, so we have to plan our trips downstairs. We are just a group of people trying to make sense of the property market here. It can be confusing with all the different sectors and new developments popping up. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write pretty things for us. We just handle the documents and talk to people who want to move into the area. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and folders everywhere. That is just how we work. We have been here for a while and we know the shortcuts around Sector 33. It is a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of everything on Sohna Road. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
