Aawam Residency Private Limited

Our office is located in the M3M Urbana complex over in Sector 67. It is a really big place, so you have to look for Unit SB/C/2L/Office/017A to actually find where we are tucked away. We have been here in the Gurugram Manesar Urban Complex area for a while now. Aawam Residency is mostly about managing local residential stuff for people. It is a modern building, which is nice, but we keep our actual office space pretty basic and functional. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about their housing needs. It is not always exciting work, but it is important to get the details right. The area around Sector 67 is still developing, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We have gotten used to the sounds of the city growing. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs properly. Sometimes the parking at Urbana can be a bit of a headache during the busy hours, but once you are inside, it is fine. We have a small team of people who know the local market well. We are not into fancy presentations or using a lot of corporate talk. We just speak plainly and tell people how things are. It is a practical way of doing business for us. We are glad to be part of the community here in Gurugram and see things progress.
