Vatika Group, Gurgoan

Vatika Group is based at A-2457 on the second floor, front side. We are in the Green Field Colony in Faridabad, pin code 121003. It’s funny because people often look for us in Gurgoan because of the name, but we’ve been here in Faridabad for a while. The office is in a residential-style building. We have the front side of the floor, so we get a good view of the street. It’s a fairly quiet colony, which is nice for getting work done. Inside, it’s a simple layout with some partitions and desks. We have a lot of files and some project maps pinned to the walls. It’s a bit cramped when we have meetings, but we pull up extra chairs and make it work. We aren't a high-flying corporate team with a glass building. It’s more of a neighborhood office feel. The stairs can be a bit steep, especially if you’re carrying boxes. We have a small corner for making tea and keeping our lunch boxes. Most of us have been working together for years, so it’s a friendly environment. We just show up every day and do our part. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We deal with property and management things, and it keeps us busy from morning to evening. It’s just a regular, honest business running out of a colony in Faridabad. We’ve gotten used to the daily routine here and it suits our style.
