Ultratech Concrete(Aditya Birla Group

We operate out of Gurgaon under the name Ultratech Concrete, and we are part of the larger Aditya Birla Group. Gurgaon is a place that never seems to stop growing, so there is always a need for what we do. You can see cranes and new buildings popping up every time you turn a corner. Our site is busy from early morning until late at night. We don't have a fancy address to give out, just our main spot here in the city. It’s a fast-paced environment. The dust from all the construction is everywhere, and the noise of the traffic is constant. We spend most of our time coordinating with different sites across the city. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes because everyone wants their concrete right now. We do our best to keep things moving. The team here is a mix of people from all over. We aren't much for corporate speeches or polish. We just focus on the trucks and the quality of the material we’re sending out. Sometimes the heat in Gurgaon is brutal, and it makes the work twice as hard, but we get through it. We’ve seen this city transform from almost nothing into what it is today. Being a small part of that growth is interesting, even if our day-to-day job is just about grit and gravel. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
