Working out of IMT Manesar in Gurgaon is a pretty intense experience because the whole place is built for industry. Our spot for J.K Laxmi Cement is right in the thick of it. We do not have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. We mostly just focus on the logistics of getting cement to where it needs to go. The traffic around Manesar can be a real headache, especially during the shift changes, but we have learned to work around it. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phones to checking the inventory out in the heat. We do not make big promises we cannot keep. If the weather is bad or the trucks are stuck, we tell the customers the truth. It is a tough environment, but we have a good rhythm. We are just here to do the work and make sure the builders in Gurgaon get their supplies without any unnecessary fuss or delays.
