Twenty Onwards Media Pvt Ltd is based at 150/4 in the Railway Colony at Minto Bridge. This part of New Delhi has a very specific feel to it. It’s a bit older and has more character than the new office districts. You can often hear the sound of the trains passing by, which is something we’ve all grown to appreciate as we work. Our office is a straightforward, functional space. We haven't spent much time on interior design. Most of the room is taken up by our computers and the equipment we use for our media production. The building itself is quite old, so it has some quirks, like doors that stick and walls that aren't perfectly straight. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for years. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or a company manual that we follow. We just take on media projects and figure them out as we go. It’s a very hands-on way of working. There is usually a lot of talk and some occasional bickering over creative ideas, but it all comes from a good place. We don't try to sound like a giant corporate entity because we aren't one. We are just a media company working out of a quiet colony in the 110002 area. We keep things simple, focus on the tasks at hand, and try to make sure we don't miss our deadlines.
