Theme Ventures(A Brand Management Firm)

Our place is at H.No 38 in Ranholla Nangloi, New Delhi. It is a bit away from the main commercial hubs, which is fine by us. Theme Ventures is a brand management firm, but our office looks more like a regular house from the outside. Inside, it is a different story. We have desks crammed into the rooms and shelves full of files and brand materials. It is a practical workspace. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. If you come by, you will probably just see one of us opening the door. The streets in Nangloi can be quite busy and dusty, but it is a real part of the city. We have been working from this house for a long time now. It has seen a lot of projects come and go. We have a small kitchen where we make our own lunch most days. The conversations are usually about work, but we talk about our families and the neighborhood too. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their brands and make sure things are handled right. It is a lot of phone calls and emails. We stay until the work is finished, however long that takes. It is a simple way of running things, but it has worked for us so far. We are just regular people doing our jobs every day.
