Softech One Llp

We work out of E 103 at The Vilassector 25, in Dlf Phase Ii. It is a nice enough spot, though it doesn't feel like a typical office block. We like it that way because it’s a bit quieter than the main industrial zones. Our days are filled with software tasks and trying to keep everything running correctly. We don't have any big mission statements or walls covered in motivational posters. It’s just us sitting in our chairs and getting the work done. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. We drink way too much coffee, and the machine in the corner is always making a strange whistling sound. We don't try to be fancy. We just provide tech help to people who need it. It’s a practical business and we keep things simple. We’ve been in this location for a while now and we’re quite settled. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We just show up and do our jobs every day. It’s a good group of people and we mostly just focus on finishing our lists before we go home.
