We are based at 376-77 in Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV. It’s a busy corner of the industrial area, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while now. At Avl India Software Pvt. Ltd., we mostly focus on getting the code right and making sure things run like they should. The office is a bit of a maze with all the desks and monitors, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. You'll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts, just working through the tasks of the day. The air conditioning sometimes has a mind of its own, so we keep a few sweaters around even in summer. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s not too bad once you get used to it. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. It’s often the place where the best ideas happen, just chatting over a mug of something hot. We aren't a massive team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. It makes for a friendly atmosphere, even when we’re under a bit of pressure to finish a project on time. We just try to be practical about how we spend our time. No one here likes long, pointless meetings. We’d much rather just sit down and solve the problem at hand. It's a solid place to work and we enjoy being here.
