You can find Harmony Systems Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 590 in Udyog Vihar Phase No. 5. This part of the city is full of industrial plots and office buildings. It’s a very busy area during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their gates. We have a standard building that fits our needs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few meeting rooms that we don't use as much as we probably should. We’ve been in Phase 5 for a while now. The roads are paved but they get very crowded with trucks and cars. We usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of the traffic. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some old photos. It’s a place where we come to work and that’s about it. There’s a canteen nearby where we grab coffee, but mostly we just stay at our desks. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a generator to keep things running. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business and we take care of it. Being in Udyog Vihar means we are surrounded by other people doing the same thing, just trying to make a living and keep the machines running every day.
