Our office for Neo Tech System Pvt. Ltd. is over in Sector 9, right near Grand Arts. If you know the T. Nagar area, you probably know the spot because it’s a landmark everyone uses for directions. We’ve been in this building for a few years, and it’s a decent place to get work done. Most of us arrive around nine and the first thing we do is check the emails that came in overnight. There are a few of us here handling different parts of the tech systems we manage. The desks are usually covered in cables and notes scribbled on scraps of paper because that’s just how we work. It’s not the tidiest place, but we get the jobs finished. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially near the arts center, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we go out or just eat at the desks if there’s a lot to do. We don’t really do big meetings or anything corporate like that. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that as long as the computers are running. We stay pretty busy with the daily tasks of keeping everything functional for the people who count on us. It’s a bit cramped when we get new inventory, but we manage just fine.
