SILBY SOURCING LLP

Silby Sourcing LLP is located in the Uniworld Garden-2 complex in Gurgaon. We are up on the 13th floor, specifically in Flat Number 1403 of Block-D1. It’s a bit of a trek up the elevator every day, but the view from the 122002 area is actually pretty good. We do sourcing work, which means we spend a lot of time on our laptops and the phone. Our office is basically just an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s quiet and away from the noise of the Gurgaon streets. We don't have a big sign on the door. It’s just us inside, keeping track of different suppliers and making sure things are being made right. Sourcing is a lot of follow-up work. We have to check on samples and talk to factories all day. Being in Uniworld Garden-2 is convenient because it’s a well-known place. We don't do any fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. It’s a small operation, just a few of us at the desks in the living room area. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s not a corporate office with a glass front, just a practical place to get the sourcing done. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a factory. The building security knows us well by now. We just try to get the orders right and stay on schedule. We just get it done.
