We've been here at Plot No. 479 in Udyog Vihar Phase 5 for quite a while now. It's a busy area, lots of traffic in the mornings, but it's where we get everything done. Most days, we just focus on the orders coming in and making sure the boxes are packed right. The office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space with enough room for the team. We started out small and just kept going, year after year. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we take a break then. It's a lot of coordination with suppliers and checking the inventory lists. We don't really do much advertising because the work keeps us busy enough as it is. Usually, it's just the sound of the machines or people talking over tea. We try to stay organized, though some days the desk gets covered in paperwork. Moving stuff in and out of Phase 5 can be a headache with the narrow roads, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so we've become a bit like a small community here. It’s mostly just hard work and getting things shipped on time. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure Creative Overseas stays on track. It’s quiet in the evenings once everyone heads home, and that’s usually when I finish up the last bits of filing and turn off the lights for the night.
