Based at 580 Pace City-11 in Sector-37, Gaura Texfab Pvt. Ltd. is a large facility. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses for miles. Our place is a functional building designed for work, not for looks. We have a lot of floor space for the textile production and storage. The noise from the machines is constant, but we’ve all grown used to it over the years. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the loading dock or checking the fabric rolls. It’s hard work and the days are long. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our team knows textiles well. Sector-37 can get very crowded with lorries and delivery vans, especially in the mornings. We have to be careful with the timing of our shipments. Our staff is a mix of old-timers and some newer faces. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make sure the production stays on schedule. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just one of those things you deal with in an industrial area. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the practicality of being in Pace City. We just keep moving forward with our daily production schedule.
