Secure Planet is our small setup over in Jyoti Park. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Ashirwad Marriage Lawn. You can usually hear the music from the weddings when things get busy during the season. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on water stuff. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a lot of fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just have our tools and a stack of replacement parts that seem to grow every week. Working in Jyoti Park is interesting because you meet all sorts of people. Some days are quiet and we just sit and organize the inventory, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the door to actually fixing the units. It’s not always easy work, especially when the pipes are old or the space is tight, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to be the guys you call when your water doesn’t taste right or the machine starts making a weird noise. Most of our customers come from the nearby streets. They know we are just around the corner from the marriage lawn. We like it that way. It’s local, it’s direct, and we don’t have to pretend to be something we aren’t. Just a local business doing its thing.
