Allied Enterprises

Our office is in Palam Vihar at the Palam Vyapar Kendra, specifically in unit S-216A. It is a busy shopping complex and there is always something going on in the corridors. Allied Enterprises is a small operation. We handle a lot of different supplies and paperwork for other businesses around the area. Most of the day is spent at the desk or talking to the other shop owners in the Kendra. It is a bit cramped inside with all the files and the boxes we have stacked up. We have a small window that looks out towards the stairs, so we can see who is coming and going. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't really have a lot of fancy furniture, just some old chairs and a big wooden table where we do most of the sorting. People drop by to pick up orders or just to ask a quick question about a delivery. Since we are in a commercial center, the mornings are usually quiet, but by the afternoon, the whole place is buzzing with people. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when we have to stay late to finish up the billing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us right in the middle of the local trade. We like being part of the Vyapar Kendra because everyone knows each other and we help each other out when things get busy. It is just how we do things.
