Rico Softech Ltd. is based out at the 38 Km Stone on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, which means our daily commute involves a lot of highway driving. You see plenty of trucks and buses passing by all day. The office is located in a spot that’s easy to recognize once you see the highway milestone. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s more of a practical structure that fits the industrial feel of the area. Inside, we have our workstations and all the regular equipment you’d expect. The walls are decorated with a few old calendars and maybe a stray poster. We don't really go for a professional interior designer look. Most of the staff at Rico Softech Ltd. bring their own lunch because there aren't many places to eat right nearby unless you want to walk a bit to a dhaba. The air is a little clearer out here than in the center of town, which is a nice change. Sometimes the highway traffic gets backed up, making it a challenge to get to work on time, but we all manage. We’ve been at this 38 Km Stone location for a good while. It’s a quiet enough place to focus once you are inside and away from the road noise. We just take things one day at a time and keep our operations running smoothly.
