Recruitment Lkns Delhi is based out of Sector 56 in Gurgaon. Our address is 27 2A Aravali View Rail Vihar Sector 56 Gurgaon Haryana. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main city areas, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our hours looking through lists of names and making sure we understand what different companies are looking for. The Aravali View area has a decent feel to it, and we like being in this part of Haryana. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our computers, a small pantry for making coffee, and plenty of space for the files we keep. We aren't really into those polished presentations you see from big firms. We just sit down, go through the applications, and try to make sense of everything. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the place, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. It’s a regular routine of checking emails and calling people back. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of paperwork involved in hiring, so we spend a good chunk of our time just sorting through that. Sometimes the office dog from the neighbor’s place wanders by, which keeps things interesting. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the lists.
