A Leading Executive Search Firm

We are located on the 2nd floor at K 10 6 in DLF Phase II. Gurgaon is a very fast place with a lot of noise, but our office feels a bit more grounded than the rest of the city. We do executive search work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through piles of resumes. It is a lot of matching people with jobs they might be good at. We don’t have any of those fancy office gadgets or modern art; it is just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. DLF Phase II is a busy area, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we have seen the whole neighborhood change quite a bit. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk to each other about who might fit where for the different roles we have. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it is interesting to see where people end up in their careers. Sometimes we have candidates come in for a chat, and we just sit in the small meeting room with some water. We don’t use scripts or anything corporate like that. We just talk to people like they are real people. The air conditioning sometimes makes a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the hot Haryana summers. We are just here every day, doing our part.
