If you look for us in Gurgaon, you will find Randy Smith Training Solutions on the first floor of building 3188. It is right in Sector 23. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up. We have been here for a bit now. Most of the day is spent sitting with people and going over different things they want to learn. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic, but inside it is mostly quiet enough to get things done. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. There is just a small area where you can sit and wait if the person before you is still finishing up. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the papers and folders around, it can get a bit cluttered sometimes. Gurgaon is a fast place but we like to take things at a normal speed here. Some people come in looking very stressed, and we just sit down and talk about what they need. It is mostly just about sharing what we know and helping people figure out their next steps. We use a lot of whiteboards. I think we have about three of them now, and they are always covered in scribbles and notes from the last session. It is just a regular spot for learning stuff. We usually have some biscuits and water for anyone who drops in, so it feels more like home than a school.
