We are over at Plot No 97 in Sector 18. This is the Sarhaul area. Ram Hans Embroidery Pvt Ltd is the name we use. The space is mostly filled with machines and fabric. Embroidery takes a lot of attention to detail, so we spend our days looking at threads and patterns. It’s a busy environment with the hum of the equipment always in the air. We have been in Sarhaul for a while now. Sector 18 is a known spot for businesses like ours. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a production place. People come by to drop off materials or pick up finished pieces. We have a small table where we check the quality of the work. Sometimes we find a mistake and have to fix it manually. It’s just the way it goes with this kind of work. Ram Hans Embroidery Pvt Ltd isn't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to finish the orders we have on time. The building is just a standard industrial plot. We know the other business owners on the street. It’s a community of workers. We have our tea breaks and then get back to the machines. The floor is usually covered in little bits of thread. We sweep up at the end of the day. It’s a good, honest day of work for everyone here.
