R Systems

R Systems is based right here in Gurgaon. It’s a busy place to be, but we’ve found our rhythm over the years. We didn't want to go for one of those massive glass buildings that look like every other office in India. Instead, we keep things more grounded and simple. Gurgaon moves fast, so we try to just stay focused on the work at hand. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a good bit of time. We usually start the day early to beat some of the traffic, though that's easier said than done around here. The office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate showroom. We deal with people from all over, but we still feel like a local Gurgaon business at heart. Sometimes we grab lunch at a nearby stall or just eat at our desks while finishing up projects. There's always something happening outside with the construction and the cars, but inside we just keep our heads down. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to impress people with big words. It’s just us, doing our work day in and day out. That’s really all there is to it. If you’re looking for a group of people who just get on with things without making a big deal out of it, that’s us. We just keep it moving.
