R O Aqua Pure

Working out of Gurgaon Sector 56 is interesting because it’s such a residential hub. R O Aqua Pure is located right in the middle of all those apartment blocks and markets. Our daily routine involves a lot of driving around the sector to help people with their water purifiers. The shop itself is mostly a storage space for membranes, filters, and various tools. It’s not the kind of place where customers come to hang out. It’s more of a base for us. We start our day early, usually around 9 am, sorting out the service requests that came in overnight. Sector 56 has its own pace—busy in the mornings and evenings, but a bit quieter in the middle of the day. We often have our lunch in the van between stops. The work is repetitive but it’s what we know. We deal with a lot of lime scale and salt buildup in the machines we see. Our office desk is usually covered in spare parts and old receipts. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms or shiny brochures. We just wear what’s comfortable for climbing under sinks. People in the sector know us as the guys who show up with the toolkits. It’s a simple, local business. We try to be reliable because word travels fast in these neighborhoods. If someone's water isn't clear, they call us, and we head over from our Sector 56 spot.
