Quality Lab

Our place, Quality Lab, is located in Udyog Vihar Phase VI. If you know Sector 37, we are at number 270. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always got trucks moving around and people heading to work. We’ve been here for a while. The lab is where we spend most of our time. It’s not the quietest spot because of all the activity outside, but inside we try to keep things orderly. We do a lot of testing and looking at samples. It’s precise work, so you have to pay attention. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most folks who come to us already know what they need. We just provide the results. The building is just a standard setup for this area. It’s got everything we need for the equipment. Some days are longer than others, especially when a lot of stuff comes in at once. We usually just put our heads down and get through it. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the lab benches. It’s a good community of businesses around here. Everyone is just trying to get their work done. We aren't trying to be the biggest lab out there. We just want to make sure the things we test are handled right. It’s a basic operation but it works for us and keeps everyone on the team busy enough throughout the week.
