We are over in Dwarka, specifically in Sector 17, Poketa. Our office is Flat Number 719. It’s basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel, for better or worse. You have to go through the residential gates to get to us. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main part of Delhi, but Dwarka is a lot more organized than other areas. We do a lot of learning and training stuff here. There’s usually a whiteboard covered in scribbles and a few computers humming away in the background. Since we’re part of the Binary Semantics group, we have a bit of a connection there, but this office feels like its own little world. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in for a session, but we just pull up more chairs and make do. The kitchen always has a pot of tea going, and someone usually brings in biscuits to share. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign in the window. It’s just a place where people come to learn something new. We try to keep the atmosphere easygoing because nobody learns well when they’re stressed out. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a flat where we do our work every day. We like the quiet of Sector 17; it helps us focus on what we’re doing.
