Q H Talbros Ltd is based in Gurgaon, and a big part of what we do involves managing about 70 different vendors. These vendors are spread out all over India, and we also deal with people in China and Germany too. It sounds like a lot, and some days it definitely feels like it when the time zones don't line up correctly. Our office in Gurgaon is where we try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure parts are coming from one place and going to the next without too many delays. We spend a massive amount of time on emails and international calls. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. Despite the international side of things, we are just a regular group of people working out of Gurgaon. We deal with the usual city traffic and the heat just like everyone else. We don’t have a fancy corporate philosophy; we just try to keep the supply chain moving so things don't grind to a halt. It’s a lot of logistical headaches and tracking numbers, but it’s the reality of the work. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our vendors and the parts sorted out without too much fuss. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
