Punjab National Bank

This Punjab National Bank branch is right near the Kapashera Border at B 8O8 Surya Vihar in Gurgaon. If you know that area, you know how hectic the border can get. There are always trucks and people moving between Delhi and Gurgaon. Being in Surya Vihar gives us a bit of a spot away from the absolute worst of the traffic, but you can still hear the horns honking in the distance. The building is just a regular spot where we show up every morning. We have got our desks set up and the registers ready. Gurgaon is a fast place, but inside these walls, we try to just keep a steady rhythm. It is not a place with glass walls or fancy rugs. We have got tiled floors and wooden counters that have seen a lot of use. People come in with their passbooks, and we do what needs to be done. The 122016 area is busy, so we see a lot of different people throughout the day. Some are in a hurry, others want to sit for a minute. We handle the paperwork, stamp the documents, and keep things moving. It is just honest work. We don't make a big deal out of it. It is just the bank at the border, helping out whoever walks in from the street. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon, making it a bit bright, but we just pull the shades and keep going.
