You can find us in Basai Enclave, over in Sector 13. We’ve got a small shop that handles mostly communication stuff, like mobile repairs and accessories. It’s a local neighborhood spot. We aren't on a main highway or in a big mall. We’re just tucked away where people live. Our day usually starts with opening up the gate and cleaning the dust off the glass counters. Living in this part of town, you get a lot of dust. People come in with phones that have stopped charging or screens that they dropped on the pavement. We sit at the back bench with our tools and try to get them working again. It’s a lot of small parts and tiny screws. Sometimes we have to tell people a phone is beyond saving, which is never fun. We sell recharge cards and basic earphones too. It’s the kind of place where people stop by just to ask a question about their data plan. We don't have a big team. It's usually just one or two of us here. The shop gets a bit cramped when more than three customers are inside at once. We’ve been here for a few years now and know the local families. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just fix phones and sell what people need for their gadgets. It’s a simple life and we’re happy to be part of the community.
