Primus Telecommunication

We’re situated at 1179 in Sector 10A, Gurgaon. Primus Telecommunication is tucked away in this part of Haryana, which is a bit different from the flashy parts of Gurgaon with the high-rise buildings. Our spot is a lot more grounded. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly focus on keeping the lines of communication open for our clients. There’s no big sign with flashing lights outside. It’s just our name on the door. The inside is functional. We have desks, some equipment, and a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea. Sector 10A is a decent area. It feels more like a community than a business district. We know the people at the nearby shops and they know us. The work can be a bit repetitive sometimes, checking connections and making sure everything is working right, but it’s what we do. We don’t talk about being the leaders in anything. We just try to make sure we don't make mistakes. Sometimes the internet slows down or there’s a power cut, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We like it this way because it’s simple. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the job done and have a quiet day.
